GUYS - Pastor Mark has asked us to pass out the bread and the juice in a very specific way.
Each of you has a specific role that can be found in the chart below.
Please note, if you are serving both services, you will have the same role in each service.

1. After the offering, Pastor Mark is going to take the stage
-- At this time, all leaders should approach the stage and stand on the side associated with the section they will be serving
-- Those that will be praying over the body and the blood will use Courtney's microphone
Afterwards, Pastor Mark will provide all instructions, for example:
He will ask the leaders to uncover the table
He will ask the leaders to distribute the bread and the juice
He will ask the leaders to pray over the body and the blood
He will ask the leaders to cover the table
1. Upon Pastor Mark's instructions, the designated leaders will uncover the table
2. Upon Pastor Mark's instructions, the bread and the juice will both be passed out AT THE SAME TIME
--- Those passing out the bread will receive their trays first, then the juice
--- Leaders can immediately begin serving their section after receiving their trays
-- Serve from the front to the rear of your section, one leader on each side, alternating rows
-- When finished, return your tray to the leader at the table and remain in front of the stage
Important note:
--Only the leaders uncovering the table are to remove or replace items.
--Allow them to give you your tray.
--When bringing it back, hand it to them to be replaced
3. Once all of the leaders have returned from distributing the bread and the juice, Pastor Mark will distribute the bread and the Juice to you
4. Upon Pastor Mark's instructions, the Body of Christ will be prayed over and we will receive the bread
5. Upon Pastor Mark's instructions, the Blood of Christ will be prayed over and we will receive the juice
6.Upon Pastor Mark's instructions, the table will be covered and all leaders may return to their seats
